Electrician - Full Time
Job Description
We are seeking a full-time skilled 12 Volt Automotive Custom Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and service, with the ability to work effectively with hand tools and schematics. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that all installations are completed accurately and efficiently.
Duties
1. Install new equipment in ambulance specifications.
2. Document, service, and installation in accordance with company standard operating procedure.
3. Perform electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
4. Adjust, repair, and/or replace defective wiring and relays in ignition, lighting, and safety control systems.
5. Inspect and test electrical systems and equipment to locate and diagnose malfunctions.
6. Install new fuses, electrical cables, and power distribution sources as required.
7. Conduct thorough post-installation inspections and testing to verify functionality and address any concerns.
Requirements
MUST be reliable and punctual to work!
1. Proven experience in automotive repair or service environment.
2. Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques.
3. Proficiency in using hand tools and understanding schematics related to vehicle installations.
4. Knowledge of vehicle interior teardown is required.
5. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
8. High School Diploma, or equivalent, is desired.
